Harlem Ascent Big Air Twintip Board
🚚 From warehouse — allow 3 working days
Designed in collaboration with 5x World Champion Aaron Hadlow and Big Air specialist Ralf Groesel, the Harlem Ascent is a dedicated Big Air twintip built for riders who want more — more height, more commitment, more progression. Available in 135cm and 138cm to match your weight and riding style, it ships with fins included. Pads and straps are sold separately.
- Double concave base with central channel — exceptional grip when you're loading up for take-off, giving you the confidence to push harder and go bigger without losing control of the board underfoot.
- Carbon and glass fibre layup that eliminates reverse flex — stiff in the centre for explosive pop and solid landings, with softer tips that absorb impact and take care of your knees session after session.
- Optimised outline and rocker line for speed and height — the Ascent accelerates fast, boosts high, and lands smooth. Endorsed by Lorenzo Casati, 2025 Big Air World Champion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does the Ascent come with pads and straps?
A: No — the board ships with fins only. You'll need to add pads and straps separately. We stock the Harlem Sneaker Pads & Straps, which are engineered to work perfectly with this board.
Q: Which size should I go for — 135cm or 138cm?
A: The 135cm suits riders up to around 80kg and those who prefer a more agile feel. The 138cm suits riders from around 65kg and offers a more stable platform for bigger landings. If you're between sizes, just ask the team — we're happy to help.
Q: Is the Ascent suitable for beginners?
A: The Ascent is a dedicated Big Air board designed for intermediate-to-advanced riders who are comfortable on the water and want to develop their jumping. It's not a learner board.
Q: Can I use my own pads and straps?
A: Harlem recommend their own Sneaker pads for use with the Ascent. Using other handle types may limit warranty coverage, and Big Air handles are strictly excluded.
Q: Who designed the Ascent?
A: The Ascent was developed by Aaron Hadlow (5x Kiteboarding World Champion) and Ralf Groesel (Big Air specialist) — two riders who've spent 25+ years at the top of the sport.
