Delivery
All smaller orders like t-shirts, dvd's,wetsuit gloves and boots and kitesurfing lines,depower ropes ect are sent via Royal Mail (or airmail if abroad) or if it is a heavy items like kite & windsurfing boards and sails will be sent with APC overnight/TNT. We are usually able to ship any in-stock purchases by 4pm the very same day. Meaning next day delivery to the UK. You’ll be kept up to date by email on when your order is shipped and the tracking number if applicable. International orders are sent via Royal Mail using standard Airmail, or a signed-for service on high-value orders. Delivery to non UK destinations is approximately between 3 and 10 days depending on location.

Shipping in the UK is FREE over £35, for international orders you can get a quote by adding an item to your cart.

No-fuss returns
If you’re not happy for whatever reason please let us know. You may return any purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the purchase date. You must pay the return postage unless we have made an error or the product is defective.

Order cancellation
If you’ve ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, please contact as soon as possible and we can cancel your order before it is shipped or you can log into your account and cancel the order from there.
