North Wam 2012 Kiteboard surf, this is the most versatile of all the North Kite surf boards, it has five fin boxes, so it can be set up as a tri fin or as a quad fin. As a Tri fin set up, the board is better for the beginner to directional riding as the board creates less drag and has a more fluid line when carving around and changing direction, as a quad fin set up, the board is a lot more slashy. The bambo construction is fairly strong for this type of board. I rode this board all last year and where a lot of my friends were coming in with holes in their boards, mine seem to survive well, and I am sure it is not down to me being carful at all. The board comes with 5 fins and pads and straps, if your looking for a real alround board and not sure if to go for a gun, a short quad, you can't go far wrong with this brilliant board.
