Postage is FREE for orders over £35 inside the UK. Postage for overseas orders and orders under £35 will be calculated before checkout. Sometimes several postage rates and speeds are available. Our FREE service is either a 24hour carrier service or Royal Mail 1st recorded, depending on item size.
The deadline for us to guarantee next working day delivery is 2pm although we do ship out parcels up to 4pm. Next Working Day and 48hr delivery to Scotland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight will take an extra 24 hours.
Parcels are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and require a signature.
All orders ordered after 2pm Friday will be sent the following Monday.
Board-worx.com reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.
- Privacy & Security
- Payment information is not stored by us and payments are handled by either Google, Paypal or Sagepay (formerly protex). Contact information is kept on a secure server. We do send out promotional material but your information is never passed on to third parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, return unused, with any original tags attached and in a resaleable condition for a full refund or exchange on goods up to 2 weeks from purchase date. Our returns period has been extended to allow for Christmas gifts, any items purchased can now be returned up to the 14th Jan 2010.
We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note in the case of wetsuits, rash vests and other items where it states colors may vary, we do not pay for carriage to return items because the colour is not suitable with certain products. i.e wetsuits, rashvests, boards etc.
Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.

- Ordering online can be made by credit or debit card and paid by also paypal or google checkout. You can also order by calling 01227 276 566.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Despite our best efforts, a small number of the thousands of products in our catalogue are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All prices are stated in £pounds sterling. In the rare case a product is ordered and is found later to be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order.
Promotions are subject to terms and conditions as stated with the promotion.
