Boardworx is the new online shop for Whitstable Windsurfing, replacing the old shop website. The shop was established in 1982 and is one of the longest running, family owned watersports shops in the UK. The shop is open 7 days a week all through the year. Mark has been there since day one and has a wealth of experience in every aspect of windsurfing, kitesurfing and most other sport you can think of, from the older gear right up to the latest and greatest kit. If you visit the shop bring your gear! The sailing here can be great and the sea is only 100m away!

Mark has been there from the start and has a wealth of knowledge in kitesurfing, windsurfing, He leant both sports at the beginning and has grown though the evolution of both sports, so can talk with experience.
Mark held numerous world records in the eighties for speed sailing and in resent years has now moved in to kitesurfing.
Olly has worked in the industry for 14years, he has windsurfed since the age of 16, and has a great knowledge of windsurfing, he is a keen surfer and snowboarder. Regularly can be found floating on his surf board in the coldest weather waiting for the perfect wave.
Lance has been windsurfing on and off since the age of ten, he has been kitesurfing for six years and is ranked sixth in the English professional tour, he is a qualified level two kite surfing instructor. He has worked as a tester for the kitesurfing magazines, and still does a large amount of testing for the kitesurfing press.
Karen has been working with Surf fashion for many years keeping the shop up to date with the latest trends. The top floor displaying nearly 1000 ft of wetsuits and clothes.
Josh is the latest member of the shop, he works with the computers and is the web developer. He is a qualified windsurfing instructor and is ranked 4th youth freestyler in the UK.
